Ordered a "large" philly cheesesteak sandwich ( $14.46 with tax) on April 18, 2022. While the ingredients were fresh the... sandwich was quite small and had very little meat or cheese. It did not look even "remotely" close to any of the pictures postedon their website. I left knowing that I had been "ripped off". I wouldn't recommend this restaurant and I won't be coming back( which I'm sure with all their foot traffic they could probably care less LOL ) On the plus side the cashier was nice &polite. The owner made a "cookie cutter" response to my original review saying he wanted to make "it right" so I contacted himand I never got a response back. He posted that response to make it look like he cared but he doesn't, he's just playing a game. Read more

I used to love Charley?s and my visit today will be the last visit . The prices went up and the food is disgusting now . The... steak meat taste like old Mc Donald?s cheese burger meat and the cheese taste like soap. The food is over priced and they chargeeverything separately when you get the Philly cheesesteak sandwich. If you get a large sandwich the whole meal is not large justthe sandwich is large . You know, nothing against this specific chain, this is a review of all of charlys. In the past charlys was a great place to eat,... the sandwhiches were always fire for a good value. I don't know whats going on but for the last two years the quality has hitrock bottom. I don't know if they get their meat from a new company, but every charlys I have been to hasn't been good.
