I called ahead to order pizzas for a gathering and the girl told me they don't take orders anymore and it was a lie. She told me... just come and pick them up they had plenty. I arrived within 15 minutes and when I got to the window they said they had nopizzas left. Read more

It's a food court, it shouldn't take 30 minutes for a chicken bake and a churro. Poor management on 7/5 at 7:30.

The new ordering system is quick and easy to use. It is a touch screen with pictures for all of your options. You will need to... pay with your Visa debit or credit card. After paying you take your receipt to the pick up counter to receive your food. Read more

Honestly the food at that price is good, it's not the best but it's good, something for a quick meal & the service is really... fast, I really enjoyed my pizza last time, the problem is the tables, Everytime you are trying to find a table is always dirty &people with shopping cars always take advantage taking more space so I would like to see a better & more organized food court???????? 5 stars for the prices. 1 star for their ridiculous policy of membership. I've been a Costco member for years, once my husband... was paying with a debit card but Costco wouldn't allow it because he didn't have a membership in his name. My sister had theother household card. Why don't they enforce that policy at the food court, every one gets to enjoy their great food courtprices with out a membership? They should have a non member line and the rest for members only so you don't have wait so long. Read more

Cheap eats! Both good & bad. Most everyone knows about Costco's cheap hot dogs & pizza, both by the slice & whole. Both are... cheap, filling & a guilty pleasure that some can't resist. On this particular visit, however, my curious appetite wanted to tryCostco's new 1/3 lb cheeseburger, made with organic beef. It's big, I'll give it that. The cheeseburger is quite large, and caneasily fill up the tummy. Too bad the organic beef was underseasoned and lacking in flavor, despite being organic. Meatloaf iswhat came to mind. Add to that the sloppy construction that went to assembling my burger, in addition to the lack of tomatooversight, and I was over my burger before I even finished it. I also choose to have burgers lettuce-wrapped, but Costco doesn'tgive customers that option. Service was okay. The line was long but moved at a pretty brisk pace. Ample seating, which quicklyfills up during lunch & dinner hours. Parking is at the Lakewood Center Mall. Although not a fan of Costco's new 1/3 lbcheeseburger, I still find their other offerings good cheap fare for when I want something quick. I've never been a member, as Idon't see the purpose of paying membership dues to shop, but on the rare occasion I find myself at the Costco food court, I'dhave a hard time not indulging in a hot dog or slice of pie. It's located outside of the store unlike most other for courts which allows non members to buy foods and is more busy than your... average food court. Service is usually prompt and friendly as expected from Costco, but I've had other experiences like waiting45 min for a whole pizza. The new cheeseburger was much bigger than expected, but looked and tasted like a poor representationof what it should have been. Read more
