Horrible experience. I always go here but lately the quality has slipped. Not once, but three times they messed up or forget to... give me items in my order. Very disappointed. Three times i had to drive back to go correct the order. Wont be coming back tothis location. Very understaffed. Read more
Is my 1st drive-through experience at this El pollo loco which was really quick staff was extremely friendly however I believe... since I didn't order is any avocado mix or condiments they didn't give me silverware or napkins to eat with my food. Chickenwas a little over cooked but I'm ok with that. Mash potatoes were hot and good. Read more
Ordered the taquito nachos, a loco side salad , chips and guacamole and a medium drink . Never received my chips and guacamole... or creamy cilantro sauce that I paid for . Maybe next time they will get it right . What am I supposed do , eat a dry salad . .. ???? Read more
