Terrible food and service. They are always getting my order wrong even with a dine in.
I am giving this place a high rating BECAUSE they have the best vanilla milkshake in town. They are so thick and delicious,... that they could actually serve it with a long handled spoon. I skip that cherry, but you might want it with the works. I trynot to ingest red dye #!£%!. Of course the ice cream only shops may have them beat, but for a fast food shake, they clearlyare the best. Once in a while, I may even get a couple of tacos. Not often, but yes, I will. I hear they are plant based butfind that hard to believe... I like them either way, regardless. Read more
Worst service ever. And i only, ordered coffee. It was handed to me, then the only 3 employees including manager left to the... back, had to scream for them for like 5 min. To come and give me cream. Unbelievable. Read more
TERRIBLE ! Very slow service. They gave me the wrong order and act as if it was my fault. Mini man 4'5" was very condescending.... He seemed to bully the other workers I used a great deal of restraint realizing he was just young and ignorant. No customerservice or business skills. Read more
Went through the drive thru and ordered 3 meals and we had to repeat the order several times. The attendant was not very... attentive. We ended up with the complete wrong order. And to add insult to injury, we were the only customers! So what had theemployees so distracted??? Read more

Last time I ate at a Jack in the Box Was in Chicago in 1975. My favorite Was the super taco. I live in chicago and the closest... is in indianapolis. I recently visited california and Was looking forward to trying the super Taco which is Now called themonster Taco. On my first day in LA my husband wanted to try Jack in the Box but I was too tired. I wanted to enjoy it and notbe rushed. Had a lot to see and do so I left this experience till last. I have to say I was very disappointed. It tastedhorrible. The Taco had a very crispy burnt over fried shell and tasted like cheap Taco sauce only. Just took one bite only. Mychildhood memory is a little crushed but hey....who doesn't miss the 70's Read more
This place is a warm and friendly. You can choose to eat inside or on the patio. They do have patio heaters. They have a salsa... bar.They have lots of options on the menu, even vegetarian and kids meals. The food was delicious and healthy. They arewheelchair also accessable. Their portions are really big.
