The young lady taking the orders was coughing and clearly catching or barely getting over a cold. Also NOT WEARING A MASK.... Thankfully she wasn?t near or making sandwiches when I was there but even still. WEAR A MASK IF YOU'RE COUGHING! I understandyou may not have the means to miss work but SERIOUSLY???! Eww. I ordered 18 sandwiches and 18 chips for customers of mine. I created the order an hour before this location opened at 11:00... a.m. and schedule the order for 12:00 p.m. when I called ahead at 11:30 a.m. the two girls working on the order said it would beready early at 11:45. This store is clean these employees are professional and they really took care of me and I greatlyappreciate them! Read more
Staff is friendly and efficient. The restaurant is clean and the food is delicious. Definitely coming back!
First I'll start by stating that I love Jimmy John's, a lot. But this location is horrible and has been since they... opened. I've never had a good experience at this location. It's always something with this store, the usual failures includebread that could double as tree bark, dry cuz they forget to add mayo, or they forget to alert me when the order is ready forpickup. Then owner started charging $4 for a two block delivery. Really? I really wish Google would let me upload the video Itook of me scraping the hard bread with a guitar pick and having to press it through the crust, it was like a eating a sandwichmade with kettle chips instead of bread. I only use them for FREE sandwiches that I've earned at other locations. While usuallyit is hard to complain about a free sandwich, this Jimmy John's begs to be critiqued. Read more
Takes >15 minutes to for 3 people to make 2 sandwiches when I am only customer. Its not because they are splitting a large... sandwich with pickles on only one side... that is impossible. Well, at least they were all having a good time. In the past itwas 2 minutes and done. They are off their peak. And i get home and they also messed up my order, no, not on top of their game. I ordered online for a party and was missing two sandwiches out of fifteen. I called and talked to someone claiming to be a... manager. He insisted they were made (though we didn't receive them) and would not offer a refund. I asked him his name, herefused to give it. When I mentioned calling corporate (given he was refusing to help), he replied "go ahead and callcorporate." I like Jimmy John's, but honestly after this experience I think I'm done. Terrible, disrespectful service isunacceptable no matter how good the food is. EDIT: I was contacted by the store manager Joel, and the owner Jesse. Both werevery apologetic and said what I experienced was not acceptable and vowed to address it. They generously offered to refund theentire order, even though I'd only asked for a refund for the sandwiches I did not receive. All in all, I'm grateful for theirefforts to rectify the situation and now consider myself a satisfied customer. Read more
