If it was possible to put no stars I'd pick 0 stars. To begin with nothing to do with Mexican food. And overpriced burrito for 3... pieces of meat. I'd rather go to 711 and buy the frozen option than eat at the location ever agai.. sister ordered chickenburrito same issu friend did beef red Chilli burrito same thing. After I complained to manager ,he re did my burrito with a fewmore pieces of meat. Ramona franchise needs to keep up with inflation prices but if I pay 10$ for a burrito with 3 pieces ofmeat something is wrong..... Read more

Overall good flavored ingredients. Tortilla quality subpar. Good luck eating a burrito before it disintegrates. Unproportionate... meat to tortilla ratio. Simply downsize tortilla or add more meat. :) Read more

It's 10:20am and they still have there doors locked. Seen 5 customers walk to subway and panda because there's just one girl... running the place and she didn't want to unlock the doors because she wasn't ready. They should change there hours for openingif they are not ready at the time they say they are open. Read more

I have been here a few times. I honestly love Ramonas, I have for years! However, the last few visits were a bit upsetting. The... beef and green chili burrito is tasty, but there's more rice and beans than meat. The burritos could be wrapped a little betterso that the contents aren't oozing from the tortilla and causing a mess! I had to eat my burrito with a spoon. Read more

I wondered why this Ramonas is never packed. Besides the fact that it has became so over priced...this staff is beyond rude. I... walked in and said good morning, I was the only person in the place at 10:14 and both women ignored me. From the beginning theyhave not had good customer service but today reinforced why I will drive to LA on Western to get ramonas and no longer comehere. Customer service is still a standard. I can understand young people being a bit less chatty and insecure in speaking upbut these were women in late 20s and 30s My money is valuable and will only, ONLY go to businesses that have good customerservice and respect the fact that I choose to come to your business, no one elses...give me common courtesy for buying yourover priced food What's crazy...after posting and reading other reviews...this place is at a 3.3 and a few of the 5 starreviews were from workers or affiliates. That's really sad when you just opened your doors, had lines around the building toget in but now it is never crowded. Go to western and tell me when there aren't people there? Fix the customer service and itwould go a long way in fixing your reviews. Read more

My first time coming to this place. Food was overpriced with how much they do give you. There?s not much to choose just basic... Mexican food. I ordered a chicken burrito it was close to $9 and it didn?t have much into mostly rice. I was shocked to find outthey don?t have avocado and guacamole and chips as an extra option to add to the food. The salsa was spicy and didn?t carry muchflavor just the spicy ness. Read more

Disappointing tacos, not authentic at all. Cold hard shells, not even half-filled with their meat. I actually couldn't tell... the difference in taste between their shredded chicken versus their shredded beef and potato. Adding watery "hot sauce" (liketomato sauce) to it doesn't help the meal. Their refried bean and their rice were good, though. I would not recommend eatinghere, there are too many other good and quick places nearby for tacos. Read more

Warning ?? uncooked tortillas ?? All right well Ramona's is a great Mexican food chain has been around for quite a while now.... This particular location has failed to meet the Ramona requirement. My tortilla was undercooked. There wasn't much meat insidethe burrito. Not to mention I waited about 20 minutes for my food. I know this location is new and I hope that management canstep in and step up the game for this location. As it does have potential but the people that were currently working wereextremely slow they did not have a smile on their face and seemed upset almost. I watched one of the workers try to heat up morethan 3 tortillas on a small skillet. That's probably why my tortilla wasn't cooked well. I spent about 16 bucks on a burritocombo and I could have went down the street and spent a little less on something more filling with real ingredients. I was veryunsatisfied with my visit today. Next time I'll probably just go to the one on Western and wait in a long line for somethingbetter and more worth my time and money. Read more
