One of the Worst the Subway so far I visited. When I went in Store, they didn't say anything and also Both of them looked at... their Smartphones. When I stood up in front of the Order Counter, I had to wait Pretty Long time because an old Employee stilldid anything with her Smartphone. I ordered a Roast Beef Sandwich, this was the First time she put very Little RoastBeef. Another Lady came in Shop. I think she didn't know about Subway's Order System so she needed time. The Employees startedirritating and pushed her to order Fast. If I was her, I would be MAD to them. Several People had already written for theirWorst & Awful Serving for Customers. It means that AT LEAST TEN TO TWENTY TIMES CUSTOMERS HAVE TERRIBLE EXPERIENCES from thoseRUDE EMPLOYEES. Read more
I'm just hopping on here to say how much I appreciated Alexis' customer service, today. I had called, frustrated over not being... sure whether my order went through on the app or not (because it froze after submitting payment). When she answered, she kindlylooked to see if my order had come through, but it had not. We hung up. Frustrated with the app, I started to pack up my workequipment, and decided to just figure something else out on the way to my next destination. But before I walked out the door, myphone rang. It was Alexis, calling me back to let me know my order had just come through! I was happy to know I was going to beable to enjoy my Subway after all, and I was so relieved I wasn't going to have to wait in some other line at another restaurant(as I was on a time crunch). Horrible customer service and they refuse to take any coupons even though they're supposed to! I would avoid this place at all... costs. The bread was stale anyway so it was a complete waste of money. Next time do better or hire someone who's not completelyincompetent at their job. Read more
I understand when someone is new, but I don't see what that has to do with moving quickly, I've never seen anyone move so slow,... like literally in slow motion and can't understand simple instructions Read more

Went there Saturday around 2:30. The 2 Girls working there are the most UNHAPPIEST GIRLS. Try to talk to them and ask how... there day is going and they didn't even want to answer me and had sad looking face on. What Happened to Happy workers. A) Rodney, we dropped by this... particular Subway in order to get some pre-concert grub for the Cypress Concerts on the Green. Redeeming a "Buy a Signature Wrap& drink, get one free" coupon, wraps seemed a great dinner while being entertained by Raymond Michael's Elvis Tribute. Q) Didyou enjoy the wraps? A) Having had them before, I do enjoy Subway's wraps. This time, we bought the steak Veracruz & the turkey,bacon, avocado. Of the two, I prefer the turkey, bacon, avocado, because the cold slices of turkey & avocado go well with thesizzling bacon. At full price, I don't think I'd go for wraps per se, but with a coupon, such as the one I had, then I'ddefinitely get them. Q) Rodney, how was the service? A) Service was okay. The sandwich artist only put two slices of cheese ineach wrap. I asked for more, but was told I would be charged extra. Could've sworn the other Subway on 183rd & Gridley laid down3 slices per wrap. Assembly was quick, as I was in & out in no time, Rodney. Q) Would you recommend this Subway? A) Yes, as itonly took a few minutes before we were on our way to the concert.
