Flautas were fire, nachos were fire , the fiesta platter was good! The deep fried ice cream was good, flan was good. Went for my... mothers birthday and it was met with singing and happy birthday with others in the tables beside us tagging along. Also got themud pie cake and it is BIG! Delicious as well! Went in to split a dinner with my wife ordered the burrito Especial shredded beef option from this young guy who was way over... his head, the burrito took an unusually long time and when it was brought it was not shredded beef, took so long we sent it backand ordered a side of beans as a dip but even that took a long time. One of the shift managers came in to apologize and try tomake thing right but it was a bit too late our hunger passes with chips. This was our only meal for the day. This place is veryconsistent, the food is good not great but it’s consistently good and nice options to choice from. Dinner is good, lunch isgood and the Sunday Brunch is good, great with unlimited mimosas! Jose is a great waiter on the weekends. Chips and salsa arevery good you can even order some to go. Wish I had Sundays off, cause the brunch here is amazing. Bottomless mimosa which love I a lot, wish they were more like... spaghettini's when it comes to the mimosas. But hey there are still good anyways, and the food is great. Had an egg whiteomelet this time. Read more
My Dad brought us to El Torito today, we had previously tried one in Stockton and were a little weary after that experience.... This location redeemed the El Torito name! Our waiter, who I think was the owner, was super attentive and friendly and even madeour side of guacamole fresh at our table using avocados, Pico de Gallo, jalapeños, and lime. I'm usually very picky when itcomes to guacamole let's just say we demolished that so quick! I ordered the asada tacos vampiros and they were exceptional andthe rice was really good too, all the food had the perfect flavor to spice ratio. Will definitely be back next time we are intown!
