Host and owner Jose is an amazing person. Our family has been enjoying Jose's cooking for years. Back when Tokyo Hibachi was... near Lakewood mall. Hibachi stake and shrimp is my all time favorite. First time here. This ended up being our plan B for the evening and we only found it doing a search for Hibachi restaurants in... Carson. We got in for an early dinner so there was no waiting. The staff was friendly, efficient, attentive, and professional.We tried a few different apps and each of us got a different meal....everything we got tasted fabulous!
