Accidentally placed a order at this location and I went to call them to cancel it and the kid that answered the phone started... laughing and told me to call the store that I ordered from. I let him know this was the location I called and he still didn?tunderstand and said I had to call another store. After going back and forth I said for the 4th time that this was the damn storeI placed an order at he said ?OHHHHH I didn?t understand?. It was so frustrating to go back and forth and get laughed at. Likecouldn?t he just have been quiet and listen to the customer in the first place? He then proceeded to let me know I would get arefund and they would cancel my order after 10 minutes on the phone. so embarrassing. Read more
The wings are meaty and juicy we got lemon pepper, spicy Korean and mango habanero. I did not find them that spicy. All were... delicious and I like lemon pepper best. Read more

Service was okay. They didn't offer to ask if I needed anything else Iike napkins or utensils. You know things that most people... need to eat and clean up with, I had to ask for that myself. The food came out in time but the flavor was bland on the fries andthe Louisiana Rub wings. Nothing satisfies like wings and beer, and Wingstop has both! The quality, flavor, heat, and sauce coverage of the wings... leaves a good amount to be desired compared to Buffalo Wild Wings, but I will never turn down a steaming box of mango habaneroWingstop! Read more
The service was excellent and the food was out quickly. The cashier that helped us today around 1:00pm was very helpful. He... answered our questions as best as he could. He had a good attitude that we should better than most of the other locations we'vebeen to. This location is awful. The worst customer service. Young men never ask what we wanted then when we ask for the Item one of... the guys said they did not have it. Then three others guys come out the back and start looking at my husband and sons. Feltvery uncomfortable and left. Will never come back here again. Went to the one in Cerritos got great service.
