Sad to see from the previous comments that the service at this location is going down hill. I agree I?ve always had a decent... experience at this location. But this order I picked up was just poor service all together. After a long day of work I put aorder to pick up on the way home, used a reward for some fried pickles. They came batter dipped- barley fried. I was SO sad!Even if it?s free per reward, that means someone visited enough to EARN THAT. not only that but it?s wing Tuesday and theyshorted me wings on a 12 pc wings!! Like I wouldn?t notice. prices have increased & I?m still not getting what I paid for? Alsocalled - to busy to speak directly to a manager (6:10pm) and they ?issued a refund? that?ll return to my card in two weeks. Inother words they are not about taking care of customers. Buffalo wild wings off Wadsworth boulevard excellent location in Lakewood Colorado. Wonderful area wonderful staff wonderful... people very busy on Game nights highly recommended for the game enthusiast. You won't be dissatisfied with this place. Don'ttrust your chicken wings to no name companies. They may get it wrong like they have mine in the past. It?s not bad, but especially for BelMar, it could be just a little better. The staff were friendly, when they came by, which... wasn?t as often as we needed. We were a large group, admittedly, but just having the poor solo bartender serving us most of theafternoon was too much to ask of one person. I know staffing is hard these days, so I don?t hold it against them, and ourbartender really was great, just was covering too many tables. The food was all prepared to my party's expectations. However the bill was totally inaccurate, we didn't get our birthday wings... deducted, and I used a rewards certificate for a complimentary hatch queso. Also didn't get taken off the bill. Frustratingbeing a reward member to take advantage of the benefits. Oly to not get them. Read more
Zero!!!! Zero stars! I made to a go order at 5:30pm for 40 traditional wings, 12 boneless wings, 2 kids meals, tator tots and 2... large potato wedges. I was told the order would take 35 to 40 minutes. My husband went to pick them up, at around 6:30pm myhusband calls me and tells me the order is still not ready. 7pm calls me again and tells me half the order is ready but waitingon the other half. At this point the first bag has been sitting out the entire time. He was done! He asked to speak to themanager (Grace) who absolutely berated my husband! Gave him every excuse under the sun with the rudest disposition possible. Shethen refused to give him his money back and gave him vouchers for 36 wings! Please tell me how that equals to the amount in ourorder of over 50 wings and sides??? She gave him the 1st bag thinking that was going to make up for the rest. It was ice coldand some how raw!!! It is insulting ???????????? I just needed some coleslaw for diner with my homemade BBQ brisket so ordered coleslaw and... mac&cheese (only one size available) - $3.99 each x 2 + tax + tip = $9.Xx something. Please check photos I attached!Hah!!! Looks it is 5-6oz small cup and They gave the Coleslaw was 1/3 of the cup ????( they called this coleslaw but it is justsalad with Italian dressing! Jesus...) Obviously taste was terrible. Just garbage. I should not give them any credit since I hada terrible experience with their chicken wings! I was so stupid. I don?t understand that how this place keep theirbusiness! Please don?t use this restaurant. Even the price is not good as well! One of my friends told that Wing Stop is betterand not that far from this place! I recommend you to go to other local restaurants. Our server and her trainee were great. Was a bit disappointed in the food this time though. We were warned that there is a... national wing shortage and that the current wings were smaller than usual. They were very small, and came out almost cold. Iordered a burger. It tasted good, but the amount of fries it was served with was very little and they were cold as well. I askedour server if that was the normal amount and she said it was. While this place is all about the wings, they do really well with other items too. I got the All American double cheeseburger... lunch special this week, just $10 for burger, fries and soda. Burger was fantastic! I upgraded to onion rings instead of friesand while they tasted good, they were a bit too greasy. My server was great - friendly and attentive. Read more
