I called in because online ordering was down. I was told that they're not taking any more orders, on a Thursday night at 7pm. I... did ask why and the host very kindly told me that the manager said they're not taking orders, so I asked if I could talk to himand she told me it would take an hour and a half. I live around the corner, so I thought I'd see if I could go in and order.There were quite a bit of people waiting for their orders,and some in line told me they were waiting for almost two hours. Iasked to speak to the manager, and I was told it was going to take an hour and a half. I asked why he wouldn't come talk to hiscustomers, and I was told that he was too busy. I told them I'd continue to wait. A few minutes later the manager appears, and Iask him why they're not taking any more orders. He told me that his equipment was down, and I said that he could've told hiscustomers what was going on instead of ignoring them and telling his hosts that it was going to take an hour and a half to talkto him. People in line did over hear our conversation and they said they wish someone would've told them instead of waiting forhours. I just think that you should be honest with your customers. I know I would've been more understanding if I was just toldwhat was going on. Read more
I sat alone and waited at the bar. I watched other couples be seated and get their order taken, all before I was even greeted.... My food came out cold. I asked if it was all right if I check out and get my bill and then waited 15mins to receive it. There-model was okay but unnecessary. I would rather have seen a full staff or someone concerned with all customers experience.Maybe if I had come in a group my experience would have been better? Do not recommend. Read more
Where to start. First, it was dead. Second, we got set under the tvs in a corner in a dead bar. Couldn?t watch the tvs that we... came there for. Third, staff was not approachable/ no manager in sight. Fourth, watched several fingers go on the rims ofglasses. Fifth, place was disgusting. Paper in the floor cleaning chemicals and towels on tables not being cleaned. It took tenminutes to bus a table in a dead bar. There were at least 5 wait staff for 9 tables. However there was a good time to be had inthe alley in the kitchen by the staff instead of cleaning. Got a Moscow mule. Had mint in it. Not just a leaf or two but 15.Mint doesn?t go in Moscow mules. Server didn?t even know what went in the drink. Will never return to this location as itappears others have as well. Read more
Sad how far down this one has gone in the years. Bunch of employees that don?t care about there jobs. My daughter used to work... at this location and it was never this bad. The server was far too high to be working, couldn?t get a single order right afterseveral times of trying. We were a party of 5, my 7 year old Son?s food came out after the rest of ours 10 minutes later. Otherrestaurants will ensure that a child?s meal comes out before the adults. It?s common sense. Also the only other restaurant thatserves food not together with the rest. Our appetizers came out after our meals, so what?s the point? Talked to the managerabout all of our missing food items, but he obviously didn?t care either. Have you ever ate your lunch without a drink? Norefills, just a check. Not a great experience. It?s a chain restaurant, so the menu is not diverse or unique. The place itself was ok, clean and had a... lot of seating. The staff was nice but had no sense of urgency even though it wasn?t busy at all. We ordered a very simple to-goorder, 15 count boneless wings with honey bbq. That?s it, no drink or sides. We were told 15 minutes and sat there for at lest25. They then put our order in the holding box without telling us it was ready for another 5 minutes. We got it home and thedisappointment started. They gave us bone-in with the wrong sauce. Literally the two parts of the order were wrong. The food wasalso cold even though we live less then 5 minutes away. We got 4 tiny baby carrots that looked like grocery store carrots. Theflavor was even unsatisfactory. This is just not a great location. Honestly, there?s probably at lest 10 restaurants near herethat are far better and most likely won?t mess up your whole order. We won?t be going back. Read more

Place was dirty, several tables had not been cleaned off... girl up front just ignored us did not even say hello or welcome, so... wasn't sure about how our meal was going to be. Was seated after about 5 minutes after someone finally came up. Server startedout great... then one order never came out. Asked about it and was told they are working on it. After about another 10 minutesthey brought out something totally different than we ordered they took that back and we asked for our order to be put in a to-gobox. Everyone was finished eating and the order still hadn't been brought out. Finally had to track down our server and ask forout ticket and cancel the order that never came out. We paid and as we were getting up to leave they decided to bring out theorder on the tray not even in the to-go box. Told them we cancelled that. Been coming to this location for 8yrs. I've watched it slowly go down hill. Part of me understands it. They've struggled to... get/keep employees. However, the Quality Control is getting bad now and that's a repairable operation. Here's a pic of our frieswe ordered. They were the size of a medium frie from McDonald's. The Pepsi I ordered was pure sugar, because it had nocarbonation. Not a big problem, but I don't think the fix was to just add seltzer water from the bar. It made it worse.Never-the-less, it's slowly going down hill and I hope they can recover from these types of issues. Read more
