Absolutely terrible, very long waiting time for basic burgers which were made wrong, not getting the whole order and even... getting the wrong food. To top it off they charged us wrong also and over charged. Not sure what's going on here honestly. Read more

Manager was pleasant, fast service, food was tasty, the place looked clean, what else can you ask for? I'd come here again
We were in line to order and the lady with short hair yelled and pointed at half way point of line and said ?past this line we... are not taking any more orders? and we stood there confused as to why since it was still 5pm. And she continues to yell ?you canstand there all you want I?m not taking your order?. I proceeded to go up to the counter to ask for the DM name she said it wasMichelle and that it didn?t matter because they close at 5:30pm. This is the most unprofessional thing I?ve ever experienced! There is a general manager served absolutely rude. I purchased a meal and wanted bbq sauce wit it. I paid it with my card. Meal... taken from card not the sauce. I only had 100$ cash for bbq sauce. Her reactions was too much. I put all the coins to the tipbox and said can I get your name and a pen please. She called security and said He is making problems. Store is fine except for one ?manager? or at least he claims to be one. I work at the mall and order from this BK all the time.... Sometimes I have had issues using the deals on the app. Most managers are able to help me out. This guy, who?s wearing a Popeyesapron, refuses to stop working and help customers. I got super mad at him today because this is the third time he?s done it.Last time he claimed he didn?t speak English because he was trying to close. To whoever runs this business, this man is one ofthe rudest workers in our entire mall. I?d highly recommend speaking with him about his customer service skills, because whenthe second manager came over from the Popeyes, we were able to resolve the issue. Read more
Ordered on the app, asked for sauce, they said I have to pay for sauces and wouldn't give me one. Well I couldn't since I made... the order online and didn't bring money. Either give us sauces or put them for sale on the app because this is what I call BS. Read more
