I've always enjoy the variety that Caribou offers. However, the male barista with a long hair didn't wear a hair net or tie his... hair up or some sort. I stopped by here today and the service was so bad that I will never go here again. The coffee was good but when I had an issue... with my order they all made me feel so uncomfortable. I had no issue paying for another coffee when the mobile order charged meand didn?t go through, it was minor issue to fix. They weren?t understanding at all and condescending. I thought I was very niceso I don?t understand why. The app also needs attention. Read more

Caribou is our absolute favorite. I can't believe there aren't more locations around here. This spot always seems busy; we... typically visit the Englewood location but we stop here when we're in the area. Twice they had closed early, several peoplegoing up to the door. Staff was inside cleaning and taking out trash but not open for customers. Third time today and wediscover they now close at 3PM every day! Can't count on them being open and now closing ridiculously early, pretty bummed : ( Read more
Love the coffee and people who work there are mostly friendly. My only complaint is that they seem to always ignore/forget/maybe... not realize when I add whipped cream or some other add-on to my mobile orders. Which isn't the biggest problem in the world andis a little petty on my part, but it is kind of annoying every now and then. Read more
The staff is kind but the location is super loud. I love to do work at coffee shops but this one was far too noisy. However, if... you like to get your drink to go or don?t mind lots of noise this might be a good option for you. Read more

This location is incredibly disappointing every time I go to it. Even if you ask for something at the register such as toppings... to be added then they don?t do you?ve already specified at the register so it?s their mistake then..well if you want it come letme charge you for it even tho you?ve already paid $8 for the cup of coffee anyways?toppings should be included especially whenthe mistake was theirs.
