i usually enjoy going to this location whenever I have the free time, however lately I?ve been having issues lately with the... management here. The manager Teresita has been incredibly unprofessional for the past couple of times Ive gone to Carls Jr. notonly was she in her pajamas, she was allowing her (what I assume to be) her children to run around in the back of the registerand scream and act unruly. I understand being a parent is hard, however I saw peoples orders being played around with by theunsupervised kids. She has an awful attitude. I asked her politely to fix an order of mine that had been missing a few items andshe rolled her eyes and went to the back for around 10 minutes when I know adding missing fries to an order does not take thatlong. I also witnessed her yelling at and threatening fellow staff members. I understand keeping staff in line, however causinga scene isn?t necessary. Read more
I've always liked the burgers at Carl's, and I usually hit the drive-thru. But yesterday I went inside and I was surprised at... how extremely clean it was. And the staff were very friendly. Thumbs up! Read more

Went here thinking it would be a nice clean store with good food considering it's in Bel Mar, Boy I was wrong. Went inside... everything seemed dirty, no air circulation whatsoever! Employees took 5 minutes before acknowledging us, and there was like 15workers! Ghetto people kinda! Ordered the $3.50 Gold Digger hamburger and it looked nothing like the ads! I can't say anything bad about Carl's Jr i love their breakfast, lunch, jalapeno poppers and strawberry cheesecake. Being one of... my first jobs when i was just 16, I've been a regular ever since. It's a must have at least once every couple months. Read more
So the overall quality of the food at this location has continued to go down hill over the last couple of years. I am fairly... confident that their food products are still the same, but the quality of the prepared food is questionable at best. Last visithere was probably also my last. Burnt ziccinni, cold onion rings and a cold and unappealing 5 star burger. Read more
