Cookies great but ordered via app online and the map for the delivery showed the wrong location even though the address was... correct. I had to call store only for them to tell me that delivery was through DoorDash even though I used the crumble app andthey couldn?t help me. Told me to wait for the delivery (an hour) and if it was not delivered right call back and willre-deliver (wait another hour). Not helpful at all. The cookies are good. The chocolate chip cookie is the staple, but the other 5 change every week. The variety is nice. The... cookies are served either warm or cold. However, the price is a bit ridiculous. I have a hard time spending near $5 on a cookie.We cut them in fourths and eat them throughout the week. Read more

I was in this afternoon with my daughter and she pointed to the chocolate minion cookie and I asked for the banana pie. The kid... was not listening, didn't even look at me when I was ordering, and didn't charge for the minion. I had to ask for a minion afterthey only gave us one cookie. So I asked the other employee for the chocolate minion. She gave us a chocolate chip and I didn'trealize it until we got home. Poorly run by people who are not paying attention. This was my first visit to Crumbl Cookies. There was a group of us who came in and we ordered a dozen cookies. Not everyone... wanted to eat their whole cookie at once so we asked for a few extra sleeves (you know the ones that cost maybe 2¢ each) andthey said that they don't give those out. You mean we can't have a few extra sleeves? Nope. Well how about a piece of parchmentpaper or something? Nope. Do you have anything that we can use so that we have something to carry our individual cookies in? Wecan give you some paper towels (like the ones in the bathroom). Wow! This is just pure greed. We paid over $40 for a dozencookies and you can't give us a few paper sleeves? This is just bad business. As far as the cookies go, a few were not cooked onthe inside but the others were very good. The thing is is I can get a great cookie from a place that actually cares aboutfulfilling reasonable requests from customers. Needless to say, I won't be back. I live close to this location and go here often to get the latest weeks cookie selection. I have not been disappointed. My... cookies always come out yummy and they are frosted and dressed when you walk in and order which I find to be pretty awesome,especially so that you know that what you are getting wasn't something meant for someone else. If you are gonna claim to have the best cookie in the World, you better deliver. Sorry, these didn't impress me. And at $5 a... cookie, come on. It reminded me of a very large version of an Otis Spunkmeyer Cookie that they served in my highscoolCafeteria. Next time I will just go to Wholefoods and grab a $2 Giant Vegan Penut butter Cookie, because for some reason theyare just delicious (and I could care less about the vegan factor). Anyway, the staff were all happy and delightful. But I havehad MANY better cookies around the country. For example, the little bakery at Sundance (UT) has some of the best cookies i havehad.
