I came in to this Dickies after Panda Express was closed next door. Everything thing was fine until we went to pay and not only... did the lady upfront leave after ringing in our order until our receipt came out and the order was completely wrong. I expressedmy concern and was met with immediate attitude of her saying ?I rang it up right? without even looking at the receipt. The wholestaff then gave us attitude about what we ordered. I completely understand working in the restaurant industry and being slammedand under pressure but the complete lack of respect when I was nothing but nice to the staff even after the rude comments. 100%won?t come here again for the soggy fries and the cold unsaused sandwich. I'm a regular at Dickey's. Usually get ribs to go. Always good. Tried the brisket, pretty good. Tried the wings, not so good. I... wish they would smoke some dark meat (legs thighs) chicken. I would be very happy. Seems KFC & Churches are the only place toget dark meat, not smoked. Price is average for BBQ. Read more

I called the restaurant and spoke to Braxton, he apologized, I told... him that was okay, he asked if we wanted to come get, which, no I don't want to cuz I live far away, and I jus received my foodand he said we would get a refund for the okra. My husband I walked in primed for a post work out meal. The person in front of us was asking if they had an order that had been... placed online. Voice laced with attitude the guy behind the counter replied that it would be done in 15 minutes, the time theyhad requested it be done. Then he proceeded to mumble under his breath about needy people expecting stuff to be done sooner thanexpected. He then greeted us and we told him we were not ready so he told us to order when we were ready. Once we started toorder, he cut us off and said he we would have to wait a minute. Then he decided to mumble under his breath AGAIN about how healready asked us if we were ready and we passed so we were just gonna have to wait. I would have had no problem waiting,especially after asking him to do the same for us while we decided. What I do have a problem with is his talking smack about thecustomers under his breath in full hearing. It is rude and uncalled for especially since we had no issue waiting. This is the first ever Google review I?ve ever written. We ordered delivery from Uber eats and they sent sent us literally raw... chicken. When I called in and asked for compensation and how they can serve raw chicken, the guy who answered the phone said Ihave to take it up with Uber eats. I asked him if he?d like to see the chicken himself he said no. When asked for the manager hesaid he was the manager and I can take it up with corporate. No resolution of any sort or any help. Or any accountability atall. I ate into this and swallowed it. Rather than addressing the issue he was rude and tells me to take it up with corporate.I?m hoping I don?t get sick at this point. I had ordered some Dickey?s BBQ via the Dickey?s app and I got me a buy one get one free 3 meat plate. The ribs, pulled pork,... chicken, turkey and brisket (sliced and pulled) and the baked potato casserole, potato salad, fries and fruit punch weredelicious and hearty. The food was great. Read more

So good!! I came for the giant baked potato and I was not disappointed! Slow cooked potatoes are just so delicious! I got it... with butter, cheese and chicken breast. The potato was great, there was so much sliced chicken! I think it was a whole breast. Ipaired it with a brisket slider which was also really good. I like using the original bbq sauce on the chicken and mixing somesweet and original for the beef. As well as delicious food I had really good service here. Everyone that helped me was very kindand welcoming and asked how I wanted my food made as well as sauces for the side. As soon as I walked in I was greeted, my foodwas made to order promptly and the cashier was very friendly asking about my day while my food was being made.
