Sadly I have to give this location a 4 star rating today. Usually great food but one of my items was a hook and ladder salad... which comes with ham and turkey. Drove 6 miles home with the family dinner and there's NO MEAT at all on the salad. I drive back6 miles and approach the counter, explain the issue and the kid behind the counter tells me "Well, we can put it on there ifyou want ". Of course I want it. I paid for it! No apology, no sorry for the inconvenience, no sorry about your double drive.Surely there's some type of guide for assembling these items. I understand mistakes happen, but make it right without attitude. Read more

Man, I was blown away by the quality of the subs here. I really just thought it would be another sandwich chain that scratched... the itch of chowing down a mediocre sub without thinking about it, but I was dead wrong. I got the Italian and the combinationof sweet, bitterness and savory was fantastic. The bread was perfectly toasted and the sub as a whole was nicely warmed. Sureit's a little pricey, but what's the problem? These are great sandwiches! I'm not one to pay much attention to customerservice, which people seem to care a lot about around here. The employees greeted me, they were cheery enough, and they madegreat food, which is the most important to me. If you're looking for a quick sandwich and don't mind forking out a few extrabucks, this is the place. If the sandwiches stay like that, I'll be back many more times. Read more
Incredibly Good Food and Service! We've been going to this neighborhood Firehouse Subs, about once a week, since it opened! So... good! The subs put Subway to shame ( If you can find the meat in a Subway sub. ) The Hero is my personal favorite. Lots ofmeat! And several months ago, we also discovered that they make these magnificent salads! The one shown here is my favorite -the Italian, with peppercorn dressing on the side. And their great manager, Sarah, makes sure that everything is perfect. Wecan't speak more highly of this restaurant! Read more
