Your phone system is ridiculous. They were rude and condescending. Online experience isn't better. Whenever a call needs to be... recorded for quality purposes to order a pizza, it's a bad look. Outsourcing pizza order calls is a trash move. Read more

Very disappointed!! We got our order of 2 Calzones 30 minutes ago, we started eating them and BOTH were under cooked! The dough... was gooey inside. Both are in the oven cooking so we don?t eat raw dough or meat. We?ve been ordering from Garlic Knot foryears and it seems the quality of food & service has gone way down. Read more

There's a better Garlic Knot in bear Creek. Been eating here regularly for about 6 months, once every week or two. Apparently... "bread" is too expensive now so they stopped carrying a ton of staple pizza shop items. This is after they tried to middle-mana phone answering service so customers couldn't call the store any more. They backed out of that because of all the negativereviews and because the phone center was terrible. I hope they back out of this decision too. What pizza shop can't do meatballsubs? Guess I'm driving to Bear Creek now. Read more

Forced to place order through Door Dash's Indian call center. They gave me a 22-34minute ready time, which is literally the... difference between hot fresh pizza and heat lamp pizza by the time you get it home. A Large pizza comes to ~$30 for a pickupafter the tacked on fee and tip. I used to love going here but I cannot justify $30 for a pickup order that outsources the laborto another country. Door dash on a pickup order is a convenience to the company, not to the customer...they should not bepassing this on cost to the customer. For $30 I'll be going to a legitimate pizza place like Blue Pan Read more

First, the call center is a nightmare. It took longer to place our order than we've ever experienced. We told our order taker... the order, he repeated it. We told him we wanted to tip our delivery driver in cash. The order was dropped on our doorstep, noring or knock, so the driver did not get a tip. When we found the order, it was not even close to what we ordered. We called thecall center and were hung up on. We called the store and were told to call the call center. No garlic knots and no red sauce onthe pizza. However, the two salads we ordered were good. We won't be back and we'll spread the word. Read more

Spent $40 here, $7 of which was on an over priced stuffed slice. I?ve eaten Garlic Knot for almost a decade now. Never seen... something as pitiful as this slice. It?s more of a quesadilla than a stuffed slice. I don?t see myself coming back here, whenI?ve been to other franchises with better results. Read more

The garlic knot felt like a garlic scam. We ordered the Madison Square which is described as ?Sicilian Pizza w/Pepperoni,... Sausage, Mushrooms, Green Peppers, Red Onions & Extra Cheese? but, what we got was anything but a sicilian pizza. It had barelyany cheese, the sauce was flavorless, and was definitely not worth $22.50. See attached photo and compare that with theirwebsite?s photo. We didn?t get what we ordered. Read more
