Nice place to eat for sandwiches and the salad bar is great!
I had been to this sandwich chain many years ago, and recently was told to return. This has now become my new favorite... sub/sandwich place. They have so many sandwich options that it is almost hard to choose just one. They offer several differentsides and each gives you quite a bit of food. They also have a lot of soup options and the salad bar is amazing. Both of oursandwiches were amazing. I highly recommend the salmon sandwich. I also got the salad bar option and I highly recommend addingthat to your meal. The prices are pretty good for the amount and quality of food that you get, we were not disappointed.Everything was fresh and tasted amazing. I will definitely be returning as soon as possible! WONDERFUL HEALTHY SALAD BAR . . . PLUS A HUGE VARIETY OF SOUPS AND SANDWICHES! Since I am a Certified Nutritionist and bona-fide... Health Nut, I always go for the salad bar . . . and sometimes a bowl of soup on a cold day. Q: Do you know how to make aHoneymoon Salad? A: Just lettuce alone . . . with NO DRESSING! ! ! Ha Ha Ha! During the pandemic they even made custom-madesalads for you. (see the salad checklist photo below) But now they have opened up the salad bar again. Where else can you get ahealthy, colorful salad bar like this ( with hard-boiled eggs, peas and hummus for complete protein) for $9? They even have 10%senior discounts! And they run a huge catering delivery service for your business functions. Jason's has many, many locationsfrom Colorado through Texas, Tennessee (11 stores) and all the way up to Chicago. This place is excellent. I went and got my food for pick-up, so these photos are at home. We got the grilled cheese & tomato... soup, the chicken ranch salad, and the kids chicken tender meal. When I went to go pick up it two times employees came to checkon me which is always nice when they are attentive even if you are a to-go customer. The food tasted great and really hit thespot. It wasn't too heavy of food for any of us, which is what we wanted from ordering from a deli and jason's deli did a reallygood job. We fed two adults and one child for about 25 dollars which was great. We didn't get any drinks but it was to go, sowe just had drinks at home. I been in the neighborhood for almost 2 years now, I only write reviews for really good and really bad experiences. I gave them... 2 chances to be fair. First was a French Dip Sandwich (my favorite sandwich of all time) the Au Jus was waaaaay to salty, Icouldn't even use it, even sparingly. Ruined the meal. Today I wanted chicken soup, I ordered both the pot pie and regularchicken noodle. Drive past the block a few times and smelled some great chicken noodle soup, it must be from another restaurant.Both soups I ordered were unsatisfying with bland flavors and nothing I would order again. I am officially done wasting my timeand money at this place. Maybe the cold sandwiches were the way to go, but I will never know. Read more
