Used to be good, but going down hill fast. Two of my last three orders have been wrong. Time to move over to Firehouse Subs.
I put in a pick up order about once a week to coincide with my grocery shopping. Food is always ready or just about to be ready... when I arrive, it's great to have a quick stop. Sometimes there is a mistake, but nothing serious. Read more
Not sure why this store gets low ratings. However, it is MY favorite sub shop in the area. Sandwich is always delicious and THE... SAME recipe everytime. Nothing tastes different or off. I was less than thrilled with this Jimmy Johns location. I?m not sure if this is a trend, but it seems like every time I order a... sandwich from any Jimmy John?s location they mess up my order some how. I was in the store for 15 minutes waiting for my foodwhich was a pick up order. I paid extra to have cheese put on my sandwich, only for them to leave it off the sandwich. I wouldthink that if it took them that long to make two sandwiches that they could at least manage to read the order instructionsproperly especially when you are paying for something extra. It?s discouraging that the company is going downhill, I hope theycan make a change for the better. One of the gentleman working seemed to be doing a fantastic job and I appreciate how kind hewas. The last thing this place is, is Freaky Fast. The last 2 times I ordered from this location the orders took upwards of an hour... - when I call in and ask, they tell me they have a lot of orders, and I can understand that. But, I am literally across thestreet from them. An hour to make a sandwich and deliver 300 yards away? Called in to talk to someone who barely could speakenglish asking me to be patient. This is insane - now my lunch time is over and I still have no food - horrible experience. Jimmy John's food is always consistent, it's just a hit or miss on your experience at a location. This location is smaller,... compared to the one I worked for years ago. The team working didn't seem enthusiastic, which is a shame for a newer location.The one thing I noted was all their toppings here are freebies. Read more
