Can honestly say this was worst food and KFC experience ever. The food was old and cold. The biscuit was not edible due to it... being way too hard to consume. The Nashville chicken looked and tasted has it was either overcooked or left out and reheated. Sorry to say this is an experience I've had at this location before. I will never visit this location for KFC and/or Taco Bellservices again this place truly ruined KFC for me forever. Read more
Previous reviews are correct. Poor customer service all over the board. This location is also very dirty if you?ve ever been... inside. All the workers go and smoke in their car in a group and straight up abandon the store. It?s frustrating as a customerand delivery driver. I've tried to buy food here four times. Twice they were out of "tenders" once they were out of "chicken" and the 4th time they... messed up the order. Just buy from somewhere else. Read more
Close this location. Terrible food and service. They put the KFC name to shame. The manager asked when I ordered these. I told... him 5 min ago. I put an online kfc order at 925pm. Paid and got receipt and confirmation my order will be ready at 935. I get there at 935 and... wait at the counter and see 1 person in the back cleaning. 5 mins go by and a girl walls up and says have you been helped. I sayno but I have an online for Ryan to pick up. She says ooo sorry and walks away. 5 mins later she walks back and says they areclosed. The manager I think then says we are closed and can't make anything. I ordered 3 piece tender, extra crispy combo meal, easy enough. The order was not extra crispy as ordered plus the meat was... extremely dry and stringy. I suspect reheat from night before. This place continues to go downhill. No one answers phone. Always delays and confusion when ordering and it doesn?t matter if... it?s the drive through or in the dining area. The Inside areas are not well kept and the kitchen floor always looks nasty. Read more
