I've been to 4 separate KFC's in the area, only this one actually has it's act together. The employees are nice and get my... orders right. I will say absolutely do not use the drive thru, I don't know what's wrong but you'll almost never get your orderright if you do. I have a theory they don't have a system for tracking drive thru orders. They also have good root beer sinceit's a A&W combo. Either go to this one or don't go at all. Read more
Came on Sunday 10:50am fresh food place was clean and employee was super nice
Waited 10 minutes at the drive thru, then they asked us to pull around to a parking stall where we waited for another 10... minutes. Absolutely pathetic performance. When I finally got my chicken sandwich the chicken was dehydrated and not warm, as ifit was sitting under a heat lamp all day. Mayonnaise was smeared all over the outside of the bun. You should be paying me forthe time I wasted at your restaurant. If it takes you 20 minutes to make an order you shouldn?t be in business. This store is unable to count chicken. 2 times they shorted us on the buckets we ordered. The second time I called them and they... sent us a coupon. We then redeemed part of the coupon and they still shorted us and gave us all thighs and drumsticks. Do notever go here. The staff cannot count and are rude. This is a regular practice for them to short the bucket and give you wrongorders. Read more
Always a problem here. This time I couldn?t order a bacon double cheeseburger because they were out of buns or patty?s or... whatever?. Then I tried to order some corn dog nuggets? you know like it shows on the menu board?? well they?ve beendiscontinued? then they have me pull around front to wait while they deep fry my apple pies but it doesn?t matter what I orderin this drive through?. They always have me pull around front to wait. And the pic is what I waited 5 minutes for! I can?tbelieve a manager would let food like this go out?. Horrible customer service. Shift supervisor 2/27/22 @ 3PM intractable. They didn't have enough chicken to fill the order. The... manager came out with my order 24 min later after they said it would take 16 min. The manager said that he said not to anythingbut said I got $2.00 off and I should be satisfied with it. The customer service here is EXCELLENT. Anytime there?s been a mishap (didn?t get an item, got the wrong item etc?) they ALWAYS... go above and beyond to make it right. More specifically Dre is very very very good at his job and has truly made my familiesexperience here the best of any place we?ve ever gone. You?d be missing out if you don?t go here! And if anything happens, makea point of trying to talk to Dre because he will always take care of you. Read more
