It was a complete waste coming to KFC. The service here is horrible. Took 15 minutes to get a chocolate shake. The food was okay... but not great. The people were not friendly at all. And there is a horrible smell in the building. It is disgusting. Read more
I just purchased a mashed potato bowl got home and tried it and the nuggets are disgusting the oil they were cooked in taste... rancid. I don?t know why you would sell Fried chicken cooked in old oil ??? I will be bringing it back to them tomorrow. Sad andhungry Read more
The Chicken sandwich and fries are amazing, the only reason I can't give 5 stars is the day I went the bathroom was out of order... so the lobby didn't smell good. Will go back and adjust my review accordingly some day Read more
Worse KFC ever, unhealthy and unsanitary kitchen aswell. A bunch of childern working that keep there gloves on after touching... cash and personal items. Waited 20 minutes to head to the location after I placed my online order to only be told when I gotthere they hadent started it. It took them 45 minutes. They still messed it up after all that time. Waited for 20 minutes stuck in the drive through to be told to go astound and wait. Waited 15 more minutes, went back to the... drive through to see what was wrong and they said "idk what happened" . The girl in the drive through gave us a strawberry shaketo make the 40 min wait better. So 3 stars for that! For what is worth the food was good. Read more
Dirty and very slow but the food was good at least. At McDonald's you see people cleaning all the time, not one person did the... whole visit. Seemed to be understaffed possibly. Won't be going back until they get a major overhaul. Read more
Went in to the finally open lobby, stood there for several minutes waiting to be helped, just to have no acknowledgment. Nobody... even bothered to look up to see us. The employees were standing around in the back talking and it did not seem like anyone waseven remotely trying to help us. Left still hungry and disappointed. Thanks for nothing. Read more
