I made the mistake of ordering a Bacon McDouble, which immediately made my stomach hurt after just a couple bites. The meat... tasted old and was cold. There was way too much dressing on the burger and the bacon was not crispy. I'll be ordering somethingfrom DoorDash next time and skipping the clowns. 2 stars, a hard pass. Read more
My little sister had a blast here on the play place. However, there was a counter worker (who wouldn't give me her name and had... no sort of name tag) who was just really rude. She rolled her eyes and huffed and puffed as if I had done something wrong byordering my food. Then.... we noticed that they gave my fiance a big Mac instead of a double cheeseburger that he ordered,forgot my 4 year old sisters toy and apple juice in her happy meal, and we got charged for an extra drink. By the 3rd time wenoticed an error and I walked up to the counter she literally just ignored me about the drink. Straight up just walked away. SoI honestly just gave up. The only reason I'm not leaving one star is simply that for a McDonalds in the area I live, this one isreally clean and my sister had a great time. Read more
I drove 20 mins to get to the BEST Mc Donald's in town. Their play area is open, staff is friendly, efficient, and polite.... Dinning area is clean and tidi. Thank You Luis for your service!! Read more
A reminder as to why I so rarely patronize McDonald's. Ordered a fish filet with extra cheese and no tartar sauce. Glad I... checked it before I left. It had a dried up piece of cheese on it. No one thanks you for eating there. They redid the sandwich,but no one apologizes or thanks you. Read more
This is our favorite location. They recently reopened the indoor dining and play land. It appears they have a new playland. ... The kiosks are nice to order and customize your meal with delivery to your table. The same gentleman has been taking care ofkeeping the eating areas clean and sanitary. He does an excellent job! They also have antibacterial wipes dispenser. They arevery quick getting orders ready and haven't had any mistakes to our orders in a while. They do have locked keypad on thebathrooms.. And you need to ask to be remote buzzed in one if you need to go. The new play land area is wide open with glasswindow views all around. There is a nice view of the mountains. It has not felt hot or stuffy in there at all as that is wherewe sit while my kids play. Read more
If I could give 0 stars I would. 3 times now half my order is missing. My quarter pounder is raw. Couldn't even eat my lunch.... Learn how to cook people!!! Actually I know how and do often but was out and about and my daughter wanted a Happy meal. So hubbyand I got lunch. Never going to waste my money on this location again . Read more
