I ordered the blackened chicken salad. The chicken was cooked perfectly and tasty. The rest of the salad was not anything to... rave about and the lettuce was just basic lettuce. The corn and black beans didn?t have much flavor. Not worth $14+. The staffwas super friendly. The seating area was very spacious though it wasn?t very clean. Maybe I visited on a bad day. Love, love, love Modern Market. Fresh ingredients, very healthy, well-prepared and seasoned, well packaged. Omggggg, the food from here is good!!! My awesome neighbors treated us today with takeout from here. I had the lemongrass tuna... bowl, my husband the Thai chicken bowl, my kids shared the kid?s chicken breast plate and pepperoni ???? pizza and everyoneenjoyed everything so much!!! Tasty and quick counter service that was fresh and well prepared. My wife ordered the wintergreen salad with chicken and I got... the Baja blackened chicken salad. Both had a lot of variety of ingredients, the chicken on both was great, and it only tookabout 12 minutes at peak lunch hour to get our food.
