First time visiting Motomaki, I would definitely try it again :) Little pricey but the quality is very good and the portion size... is satisfying. Fresh delicious ingredients and good presentation! The food here is amazing! Fresh, made to order. We were there early enough on a Saturday where it was quiet. The order process... is quite intense! So many options! Also it is done at a kiosk and they only have 2 there we could see. So you have to be patient(only reason for a 4 star versus 5). Hopefully they open one soon in Colorado Springs! Read more

I was led here by the smell of cookies. After buying some cookies next door, I looked at the menu here and was tempted in by the... idea of a Bahn Mi Rice Roll (which is called the Hawaiian Something or another). Well, on paper it is a fabulous idea. Inexecution, it was a disaster. They make the wraps in aluminum foil. The wrap is then essentially stuck to the foil. I did mybest, but kept eating bits of the foil (Yum!!). I then gave up and tried to peel the foil off, which just created a disastrousmess. Don't try to eat one in your car. Just get the bowl. But even then, I would much rather get a real Bahn Mi for $5 vs.One of these $14 hipster creations. Just my experience and opinion... Read more

This location was very COVID aware and operated via a contactless ordering system. There were touchscreen kiosks locatedat the front entrance of the store for browsing the menu, ordering, and paying from the same spot.
