Never have the Wok Fired Shrimp at this location? Don't know why... Always get the wrong food when I have it delivered.. Never... have anything anymore! Needs a new manager that makes them have food available. I can always get everything at other pandas nothere. Read more
This location is very hit or miss. Sometimes the food is great and the service is better but sometimes they just miss the mark.... Tonight when i came in it was slow, right before the rush hit. My partner and I ordered, making sure to ask for chopsticks,sauces, and our drink. The servers forgot all of this. Okay, I get it. We sit down and open our boxes to find the wrong food, sowe ask the server to correct it and the watch her proceed to scrape the noodles she served us instead of rice *BACK INTO THETRAY THEY'RE SERVING FROM* after we had gotten the plate to our table and I had begun eating mine. I used to love this place, but this order is my last. Cost has gone way up, and the portions are much smaller. Ordered broccoli... and beef, I only got one piece of beef, the rest was just giant pieces of seemingly uncooked broccoli. The one pice of meat Igot had a big hard chunk in it. The chow mein is dry and stale. Just overall a disappointment. Read more
This was literally the single worst visit I have ever made to Panda Express. My mom was trying to use a coupon told the lady... before she even put the food in bowls then the lady says no you didn?t tell me anything. The little fry cook female yells we?recrazy when I tell them we want it all refunded. The ?lead says come back when the manager is here.? Um no you took the moneyjust now you give it back. So told us no and wouldn?t let us stay until the manager showed up. Then magically she could throwaway $30 in food and give us back the money. Went today. Wonton's were almost burnt. So were the egg rolls. And we had to wait on the egg rolls. They had 3 people working.... One went home as they got busy. I'll go back to dollar scoop on Sheridan. Or the panda on 72nd. Read more
Two stars because alright nearly almost never..... 4/20 times so far.... Very under filled food in everything. Rude staff.... Better off finding a hole in the wall place for cheaper, cooked fresh and a full plate of food. Not scoop it to the side andhalf of it is gone. Have had much better Panda in many other places. Placed a pick up order and it said it was ready. I showed up and no one even said a word to me I had ask for service and then... they said it wasn?t ready. Just got home and it?s missing the orange chicken. Just a plate of rice and chow mein. Read more
