I placed an order online around 6:00 PM for a 7:45 PM pickup. I arrived a little early, around 7:38 PM and was informed my... order was just put in and it would be done in 7 minutes, no problem. I sat down and began to wait. Finally after twiddling mythumbs for almost half an hour at 8:15 I asked for an update and was told ?we just put your order in it will be done in 7minutes? the same thing I was told half an hour ago. I told him to cancel the order and went to Blackjack on Garrison. Don?twaste your time here, Blackjack is reliable and is better pizza anyways. Read more
I've ordered pizza from this place several times and most of the time it's pretty good. Today though, it was incredibly salty. I... tried to reach out to the manager to get a new pizza made or get a refund, but no luck. I called the front desk and theytransferred me to the manager, who didn't answer and the call dropped. I?ve only tried to order twice from this place in the last year and both times were frustrating experiences. The first time it... was over an hour wait before they canceled my order without calling me. When I tried to call the store there was no answer. Thesecond time the wait time showed that it would be 80minutes. I tried calling the store to cancel, but again no one seems toanswer the phone at this place. Called the papa johns support and they completely useless since the store is the only one thatcan cancel and order. But they aren?t going to pick up the phone to let you. Pizza delivered was just barely warm but the order was correct, delivered in a timely manner and the customer service was good.... Pizza still tasted good, just would have been much better if warm. We couldn't re-heat it because we were in the middle ofcanning cranberry juice. Read more
Everything went exactly as it was supposed to. I ordered a large veggie pizza with no cheese and well done. I got exactly what I... ordered and it came quicker than they quoted. All the toppings were fresh and there was plenty of them. I?m happy. Working in mygarage late and now I?m not hungry anymore. My only complaint is the price.
