There were issues ordering online where I submitted my order and it didn?t go through and I very clearly selected garlic... Parmesan sauce when I reordered but it says on my order I ordered marinara. I tried calling to see if they could make it the wayI ORDERED it and nobody would answer the phone. They kept putting me on hold so I ended up with a pizza for didn?t even want. .Terrible service. Ordered a pizza with light sauce and extra cheese. The pizza came with tons of sauce, dripping off the edges as you picked up a... slice and even though they charged $2 for extra cheese, you can see sauce through the very thin layer of cheese... Driver could keep his hands out of his pants when standing at the door or at all times. When I opened the door he quickly pulled... his hands out from the front of his pants. Was strange but the food was good and safe, I extra checked it before eating it orgiving any to my son. 7/10. Well I tried again but this time it was cold and missing toppings, I called back at 7:16pm toinform them of the mistakes. I have not had Pizza Hut for some time now yet I always crave it. I had ordered the edge, mozz sticks, bone in wings and those... seasoned fries. Everything was delicious! Fries were hot and flavorful, the wings were perfect, the mozz sticks were cheesesticks and not just batter sticks and they melted in my mouth. The edge was right up my street. The pizza was scrumptious. Everything was a hot delivery along with a personable delivery person and right on time. Very, very satisfied with my treatthat I had for dinner last night!! Another PERFECT delivery tonight 8/6/2021!! I had to call the manager and COMPLIMENT them! The driver ensured social distancing... (which is awesome because of the delta increase). He explained my order. I just have to say this restaurant, as far as pizza,pasta, wings is great. This is my go to place after long hours working at the hospital. Thank you!! This RESTAURANT works toensure your order is perfect. UNFORTUNATELY the Pizza Hut app isn't so great. It is difficult to order "sides" like jalapeños,parmesan cheese, peppwroncini or other complements to the pizza or pasta. Pizza Hut should acknowledge this is additionalrevenue for the company. Make it easy for customers to enhance their pizza delivery experience!Delivery and pizza has improvedfrom a while back. Maybe it's because of covid? The pizza arrives hot and fresh. Very hot! They don't get the crust flavorsright, but the pizza is good. Toppings are off and not distributed evenly. Yet, I'll order from them again. Thus my rating. I amdisappointed they charge now for parm and peppers. As expensive as their pizza is and as frequent as I order, they should throwin some parm and peppers. Come on pizza hut. Papa John's does does! I was actually standing behind Nick who posted a previous review. I had ordered a pizza for pickup they did not show me the... pizza but also my fault for not checking my self it was cold and burnt with no cheese to speak of not to mention the flavorcrust was on the middle of the pizza not on the crust and it looked like they did not have the warmer on. I return to end upwaiting behind nick for 10 min wile the employe in the black shirt flirted with the new coworker and took there time picking outher order because ? she is picky? nick leaves after they can?t ring up his coupon. With no experienced staff on duty and nomanager they could not do it. I informed them of my burnt cold pizza they could care less and laughed that I had actuallybrought back the pizza and was like I can make a new one or whatever so I asked for a refund. It took another 10 min to possessthe refund because they had to call some one for instructions. Not once did they apologize I?m going to be ordering form adifferent location the staff has gone down hill over the last 3 years. People should just not work the job if they don?t likeit! Read more
