This was a great TGIF experience. My girl and I had awesome appetizers and the Red Zombie rum drink was delightful. Our server... took great care of us and handled a small issue with our order immediately. We'll be back again soon. Best part of this place is the staff, beer, and snack foods. Burger was way too salty to eat and I had to send it back, opting... to just enjoy the fries, pickles and onion rings. I can count on one hand the amount of times I had to send food back and thisis one of those times. We got to enjoy sitting at the bar, good draft beer and tvs with the game on. We walked in to an empty restaurant. We were promptly sat and drink order taken. Nothing was friendly or inviting. Our drinks... were dropped off at the table with no words being said or exchanged. I got one refill on fries. Burgers were unseasoned andtasteless. Mac and cheese was watery and also tasteless. This is now the third red Robin with similar experiences. Used to be our favorite place. Our Burgers had no taste whatsoever like they weren?t even seasoned at all. Only a smear of... guacamole on my burger. The waitress was a little rude seemed very unhappy doing her job. No smile, no hello. Sat the drinks onthe table and walked off. So disappointed. Won?t be coming back. While I do have compassion for people in the service industry, I would not recommend this place. It?s pretty confusing to have a... little machine at the table that takes your order as well as a waitress who will do the same. Who are we tipping? And why?? Wefound a very long hair in our water glass, which is enough to make you gag. I ordered the Royal which comes with a fried egg butwhen it was set in front of me, they had basically burnt the bottom of a raw egg and thrown it on top. I asked for it to becooked further and after waiting 15 min for the egg so that I could eat my burger, they delivered exactly the same thing: a rawegg. Won?t go here again. Red Robin used to be a place we dreaded going. The location we used to be close to was terrible. When we moved to this area we... decided to give it a shot and Man.. THEY are amazing. We are becoming regular customers, even to the point a couple Waitresseswill bring my Husband his "Pitcher" of iced tea without even having to ask what he wants to drink. I was excited to go to this location cause it looked trendy from the outside. The art work throughout the restaurant was cool. ... The server was the only one on the whole side though. She was managing about 12 tables. We didn't order until about 20 minutesafter we arrived. The restroom floors we very sticky and when getting close to the restroom area there was a funky smell. Thefood on the other hand was GREAT! I ordered a Sand in Your Pants drink but it was very sweet. There were these Jalapeño capsthat were AMAZING! The Mad Love burger was super tasty! All in all the food was great, the art work was nice but the locationwas dirty, sticky and smelly. We'll go to Red Robin again just not that one. Read more
