I love Sonic but this location is the WORST!!! Orders consistently wrong and the managers don't have any accountability for the... errors. I decided I will never spend a penny at this location again, unless just for a drink during happy hour... But food, NoNo No... If you ever ate a cold chili dog, they're gross. Whoever is taking drive through orders needs to pay attention, or they need to fix the microphones; we had to repeat ourselves... several times. We were not speaking softly by any measure. Food was good, and worth coming back. We love their pretzels. Read more

Would give zero stars if I could the manager is the nastiest witch I've ever seen I kept getting changed different prices on my... slushes at happy hour one day its 1.60 and the next 1.06. I asked about it at the drive thru and got the same snotty response asusual. I feel bad because I think this location is struggling with staffing. Wait times are generally very long and then once I get my... food there?s always a minor thing incorrect. After noticing that my sauce was missing when I went through the drive thru I droveinto a drive up spot and asked for some ranch and ketchup. Ordered from here not once but twice in hopes of receiving my complete order. The 1st time I didn't receive items paid for. And... the 2nd time I ordered popcorn chicken with Buffalo sauce and it was so completely drowned in Buffalo sauce it was completelyinedible. Very disappointed, only worth getting a drink from. The chicken in my wife's wrap was the same dry ripped up old chicken that for some reason was also shoved in the bottom of my... popcorn chicken, the rest were batter only and the few good pieces tasted.. ok.
