Worst experience at Starbucks. Barista (ANNE) I ordered a large caramel Frappuccino. She gave me a small, when I told her I... ordered large she looked bothered and hesitant to make another. So I watched as she added ice to my small to make a large. andit tasted really bad.when I. Complained she didn't even offer to remake it, after I watched her put a bunch of ice. So I had topay for another. And that one tasted fine. She shouldn't be working there if she doesn't enjoy what she does. Robbed me of a lrgFrappuccino. This Starbucks messed up our order and when we complained about the drink they literally did a quick fix which made the drink... taste worse. We asked for a vanilla bean with cafe frapp and it was just the vanilla bean. To fix it they just opened the cup upand put coffee and then told us to stir it so it could mix. Horrible coffee. Quick service and the woman at the counter was especially helpful, kind and (I hope this is okay to say in a review) very... attractive, haha. The only reason I gave it 4 stars and not 5 is because of the shocking lack of wall outlets. But other thanthat its fine. Read more
Service was terrible please train staff correctly. My drink took 20 minutes to be ready. Once I got outside and took a sip out... of the caramel Frappuccino it was extremely bitter no sugar in it at all. Worse Starbucks experiences have been at thislocation. Read more
I was with my brother on Sunday and there was an older lady who was totally rude. A lot of people heard her and my brother asked... about a drink and she replied loudly ? I cannot understand you?. If you have good customer service, you don?t treat yourcustomers like that, you can say ? excuse me, can you repeat that again?? Or many other ways in order not to make the customerfeel awful. Aside from that, the lady gave the order to someone who never did a mocha Frappuccino. And didn?t look nothing likethe picture. The strawberry banana prepared was also different from two other Starbucks locations we usually go that seem tohave a standardized recipe. Clearly this lady was in a bad mood and not wanting to work that day. Lack of friendliness, lack oftouch and she needs customer service training ASAP. Read more
Just wanted to leave a real quick review to say that the employee named Amelia did a great job tonight. I went in tonight to get... a coffee, sense it's my birthday, and right after I ordered the line got pretty long and she was working alone. She handled itso well, though. She was fast and efficient in making the drinks and my grande cherry mocha was amazing. Very pleased with myvisit tonight. Read more
