This location definitely lives up to the stereotype that Target Starbucks are far lower quality than individual locations. The... two ladies working there were ranting about how Starbucks ingredients like matcha and coffee are such low quality (which is aconversation all its own but maybe not while working and right in front of costumers), and everything was a mess. Like gross andsticky and just really digesting. Additionally they, in front of my face, put two whole scoops of the venti ice scoops into adrink. Like there was nothing in the cup. So, this is a poorly written review to say: the workers are eh, the cleanliness isquestionable, and I paid way too much for a small drink in a large cup. Read more
For this location to be in such a well-traveled location, my expectations were high and hopeful of an amazing experience. I... should have kept them low and in check with reality because not only was my drink incorrect (Venti Cappuccino, no whipped,hazelnut shot, cream and sugar) but they were completely out of hazelnut syrup. On a Wednesday. Simply unfathomable. Add tothis omission the fact that the order taker was rude and unaccommodating. I'm literally a 2 minute walk from this location and Iwill go far out of my way to avoid the lackluster service, incredibly unnecessary attitudes and lack of stock of very commonitems. I just wanted to give a shout out to the barista named Frances or Francien she is always super nice and must know I love caramel... because she always putting a liberal amount in my coffee. I would tip her but they got rid of the tip jar and they cant takethem! Read more
Not sure what happened this morning.. I ordered small cappuccino with cold - not warmed up coffee cake. Received 1/3 cup of... coffee with foam only, no milk added. The coffee cake was warmed up and had bacon in the bag?? Read more
This is now the WORST Starbucks. They won?t do anything that the other Starbucks will. Won?t offer things off of their menu... because they are consistently out. Don?t even think about asking about the secret menu. As well as claiming they can?t do thingsALL other Starbucks do. I recommend not going to this location EVER. The one in Belmar a mile away is ton better and moreconsistent! Or the one on 1st and Wadsworth. Nicer people and way less of a wait too. Read more
I don't go to this establishment. It is way overrated. I prefer small mom and pop, or locally owned.
