Guy at the window so rude !!!! I asked for a vanilla cream nitro brew and I asked for extra vanilla and sugar and he says that... vanilla cream doesn't come in a nitro brew...... it on the menu right there ........ then he just gives total with out asking ifthere anything else, had to tell him I wasn't done ordering and he sounded so annoyed by this and he did this huge attitudesigh. The baristas are always so sweet! They ran out of the drink I wanted and I was fine with that I understand they all felt bad but... the drink they made me in replacement of my original order was perfect! Love this location! Read more

Delicious day for a delicious drink. I walked over 2 miles to get it, too! Service was good. But, noticeably neglectful of... in-store customers vs. the drive thru. Either way, it didn't detract from the pleasant time I had before my 2 miles home. Read more
Love Starbucks, huge fan. After being out of state for a week, hubby and I stopped at this Starbucks on the way home, while... sitting inside, we watched two teen girls come inside and steal 3 items from the front cooler by the register. Hubby goes up andtells the barista that he has seen these girls take things. This barista is about 5'5" with dark green and green/teal dyed ends.She tells him that she "Isn't paid enough to care" and walks away. Hubby calls both girls out loudly for stealing - while theyare inside the store. They are embarrassed - look at the employees behind the counter then quickly leave. One girl must havefelt guilty as she comes back in and puts a stolen bottle back into the cooler, before leaning on the counter and actingfamiliar with the "Not-Paid enough" employee and gets a water and tells hubby on her way out that she put it back. If you'renot paid enough to care if someone is stealing from your work - take basic economics. Maybe then you'll be able to understandhow theft affects your paycheck and the price of what is already expensive coffee for the customer. Read more
