This Subway is the worst. They definitely need new management or owners or something! Orders are always wrong and toaster is... always broken. When ordering online, they will not contact you if something cannot be completed in your order (cooked bacon/hotsandwich, missing items, etc) but will make your order and not tell you?even when you pick it up! Nothing is more gross thangetting home and opening up an un toasted flatbread sandwich with rubbery bacon inside. Save your money and go somewhere else. Read more

I knew this day was close, the last day I would go to this Subway. I have frequented this store for some time. Usually I stop in... 3-4 times a month. It hasn't always been stellar, but ok. I finally decided to ask why there is never any iced tea (some of usdon't want sugary drinks). The woman I asked laughed out loud in my face. She tells me, "we basically don't have iced tea. Thereshould be sign." But, why? I don't think she realized how this reflected poorly on her. It shouldn't be hard to make iced tea. Ialso don't think anyone realizes I still have choices. Not many in Lakewood, but just a little further drive for a betterexperience is well worth it. Read more

This was horrible customer service. I wish I read other people's tales on it first. Went here for three sandwiches and only got... two. When bringing up the mistake calmly the manager, and his ego respond with, "How many sandwiches did you get?" "Twoobviously I wouldn't have come back in had there been three." Then the other worker decides it's smart and that response wasrequired. The response," you should make him wait til the others are served first. " Umm this isnt my fault I already waited inline to bring this error to your attention. Probably won't return. People like this ruin the brand for others. Read more

Dear owners I know business has been extremely fruitful through covid especially owning a dying brand. I haven?t been in for 6... months due to the way the employees acted last time so I tried again tonight. After yelling for 5 minutes in a usually emptystore I was somewhat concerned if everyone was ok. The only reason I didn?t leave right away. Finally two of your employeescame in from the side door. When asked if they worked here they were obviously put out by the potential of having to actuallymake 3 sandwiches for me. Left for the last time!
