No person at counter. I has $20 cash with coupon when I walked in.. I finally had to go to the back in kitchen and get some... one to make sandwiches. She wasn't happy to serve me. I had money at counter with coupon. I had coupon for buy one get one free. Money disappeared from counter...one woman said she saw it drop to floor. There was no money anywhere on floor. I will not be returning to this Subway on Union St. The sign on the door said they were open from 10 AM to 7 PM. When attempting... to go in at 10:15 it was locked but by the time I made it back to my car she came out to the door and unlocked so when I wentback in the lady working was really rude to start asking if I had a pick up and when I said no, she said she wasn?t open until11am. I suggested she change her sign then and she rolled her eyes and went to the back. If she?s an employee she needs to befired, if she?s the owner this store will be closed because you can?t operate business this way. Read more
I would have given this restaurant more stars if it weren't for my last order. I DoorDashed a sandwich: chicken, bacon, ranch... with chicken teriyaki. The only way I have found to order it is by ordering a sweet onion chicken teriyaki and removing thesweet onion sauce and adding ranch and bacon. The first time I tried this, they didn't use chicken teriyaki (even though I wascharged for it). Second time was good. Third time they put the sweet onion sauce AND ranch on my sandwich, even though Ideselected the sweet onion. Ranch and sweet onion DO NOT go together. At least for me. I couldn't even eat most of my sandwich.DoorDash gave me $2 back but Subway didn't really do anything. Paid for a sandwich I couldn't eat. ???? Read more
