The customer service at this location SUCKS!!! I placed an order online and never got a confirmation. So it says it would take... at least an hour ( which is no problem). After I placed the order, i checked my account and they've double charged me! I triedcalling for 20 minutes and never got a hold of anyone! I'm beyond mad because not only does the cashier, Vanessa, seem veryinexperienced she's also very unprofessional! She asked me several times if i was at the right location even after i showed hermy phone! Really?? Not only did they double charged me, I never received my food! I keep trying to reach out to her boss andapparently she's the boss?? Not sure how someone would put her in charge if she doesn't know how to refund money to a customer!UNACCEPTABLE!!! Read more
Ordered online for take out, requested the wings extra crispy. I go to pick them up and everything was ready, service was good,... but the restaurant has a constant issue with how smokey it is in there. Get home and start eating and something feels off withthe consistency of the wings (they are definitely not extra crispy but the meat itself felt strange). I tell myself there's noway a chicken restaurant would give out undercooked chicken so I consider myself okay and keep eating. I have now been sick ALLweekend, unable to keep any food down, cramping, headaches, etc. I will not be returning to ANY Wingstop after having thishappen. Thankfully it was just the bone in wings so my kids didn't get sick too. Please re-teach your staff the appropriateamount of time to cook wings before giving them to your customers. Read more
We were told the wait would be 30 min. Okay, then after ordering 40. We went and sat in the dining room and were told they... would bring us the food. After waiting over 40 we went back up front and told 5 more min. When the food came the corn was coldand 2 orders of wings were missing. We saw people who came in after us that had their food. Then they brought out the boneless5 min later. It felt like they forgot we were there in the dining room. Also the soda machine need a wipe down like no other. I love the food but customer service always sucks here. If they don't want to be a sit down restaurant then make it to go! Because believe me after every dining room experience, I don't want to stay! Trash all over restaurant. No trash cans in customer area (why?) and employees don't care enough to clean. If this is their... cleanliness standard for the customer area, just use your imagination for how bad the kitchen is. Avoid this place at all costs,they have no business serving food. Read more

On 11/19/22, I placed an order for 30 wings and had them delivered. The meat had a bad gamey taste and was the same for both the... mild and lemon pepper classic wings we ordered. We called the store to inform them of our concern was told we would have todrive to the store and bring the wings in order to get a refund or replacement. When I asked to speak to the manager, theemployee said his manager doesn?t speak English. And when I asked for his name, he told he couldn?t disclose his information.Fortunately, we didn?t get sick but the customer service we received as a result was completely unacceptable. I filed acomplaint on the Wingstop website immediately and no one ever emailed or called us back. All they did was send an automated $10gift card for our poor experience.
