My husband went to this store today to order a sandwich. My husband does not understand why a name is necessary especially when... he is the ONLY PERSON in the place. He inquired of the clerk, ?Why is my name important when I am the only person here?? SheRAISED HER VOICE and YELLED at him! ? I HAVE TO HAVE A NAME TO PLACE THE ORDER!? He asked, ? Why can?t I order a sandwich whenI am the only person here at 3:30 pm without giving my name!? She again SCREAMED AT HIM! If she would have said ,?I can?toverride this option.? He would have been fine?. Is she following rules that make it difficult to please a customer? If so,many establishments need to change their practices! Let me just say?he left, after being screamed at TWICE by YOUR EMPLOYEE anddid not place his order and left your establishment and went elsewhere to get a bite to eat. There was an issue with my order and one of my ordered items was not delivered. I called in to let them know and they went out... of the way to rectify the issue and have the missing item replaced. Very polite and understanding. Will order from them again. Read more
