We usually love 5 Guys. This particular one is our least favorite. The food is good but the fry portions are a little lacking... compared to other locations. Staff is not overly friendly. Not the cleanest we've been to either. By far the best one is onPeach Street in Erie. Read more
Overall the food was okay. They messed up one sandwich and added onions and mushrooms to it although we didn?t add them to the... sandwich so we ended up not eating that one. The rest of the food was good. Read more

My fiance just went there because he's a door dasher. There's currently 3 workers working today, and the order had a milkshake... and food. The workers only made the milkshake and never bothered to read the receipt, so he had to wait longer for them to makethe food. They deliberately walked around and took the longest route through the restaurant to grab items, like they were doingit on purpose. Five guys has great food but the employees are a joke and purposely make their customers frustrated. Read more
