I received an order from the delivery service (Uber) and items were missing from the order. The food quality was not even... mediocre. The chicken was so greasy that I needed two napkins to remove the oil from one chicken breast. The dark-brown?gravy??was unusual and not the best but necessary to dip the chicken in after removing all the skin. The mashed potatoes werethin, watery and approximately half full. The coleslaw was the best I have had recently . The manager has agreed to make it upby replacing the entire order for which I paid $30.91. Read more

Ordered at the drive through, staff was courteous but that was just about the only positive experience. Not only she initially... give us the wrong order...before we realised it and told her about it...but our actual order was incorrect as well. Shorted ussides, no straws plus no utensils for coleslaw. If we weren't driving through Lakewood we'd have gone back but all in all a badexperience which KFC has become all to known to be associated with now. They just need to shut down....or fire everyoneincluding shift supervisors and start over. Read more
I ordered 3 piece meal with 2 orders of mashed potatoes, got home and there was 4 containers of gravey and 1 biscuit in the box.... No chicken or or potatoes. And it's 10 at night so they're closed. I've honestly never had an order that screwed up fromanywhere in my life. Read more
Horrible service, 1 spoon for 3 mashed potatoes, gadot go through the drive thru twice to get straws, and then they gave us more... gravy. I ate with a lid. Enough gravy to kill 5 grown men Read more
