The Tour of Italy plate was a combo plate of lasagna, chicken parmesan, and fettuccine alfredo. The service was outstanding and... did not take long for the food to come out. Each table has a little device on it to check out, so you do not have to wait forthe waitress or waiter to bring you your check. I did not walk out hungry. Read more

I have never been to an italian restaurant that doesn't offer any kind of pizza or flatbread. I didn't expect much from an... american chain restaurant but the food was a pure parody of italian cousine. We ordered the chicken parm, lasagna and shrimpscampi. Food was good Service was alright But I have a question, since when did they stop giving correct change.. this is the 2nd time... when I paid in cash and never got the change.. Visited agin.. Dinner was hot and good Everyone was.happy with their meals andservice. Once again, no change.. Woah.. I actually got change this time.. Food was good again. My Service was better.. But theservice next to us was outstanding. At the end of the meal I had to ask the table next to us what their waitress name was buthe forgot. So at the end I had to ask her. Her name is ZOE. If you go to Olive garden in Lakewood, ask for Zoe. She was awesomeand I dont say that often. She went above and beyond her duties. She was patient, polite, tried to accommodate an indecisiveyoung girl, and took about 3 trips to get them the best deal on the food she wanted. It was so nice to hear her explain thedifferent options in the food and then come back and say you get more bang for your buck doing it this way. I would say give hera raise. She even grabbed the dirty dishes from my table( and shot glass) while they sung Happy birthday to my son. Might onlygo back if she is working and wait for how ever long to sit in her section. 09-12-2022: I like stopping for a soup and salad. I got seated right away. I watched wait staff wait on tables around me, even... taking payment and bringing change. I watched staff talk and joke with each other. No one came to me. So I left not having evenbeen served. I told the host I would go some place faster. She just looked at me and said nothing. We had a large group for a birthday celebration with one awesome waitress. We received excellent service. She was very... attentive. Food was delious, perfect temperature, all courses served at the right time. She made sure to ask around table ifanyone needed something. Read more
