We were in town for our annual vacation to the lake and got a recommendation from a local that this was his favorite pizza in... town, so of course we had to check it out! On a very hot day my kiddo and I decided to run errands and find some food while out and not heat up the kitchen. We stopped... here to order something to go and amazingly there was a single employee running the joint single handed. We placed an order andhe apologized that it would be about 40 minutes. Not a problem for me. When I came back for the food I watched him race aroundand take orders and prepare food and never miss a beat. The pizza my son ordered was perfect. They don't skimp on toppings, evenon the small pizzas. I got a turkey Grandwich for the 1st time and wish I'd gotten one sooner. The bread for the sandwich wasAMAZING! Holy moly. If you never ordered from Pizza Express don't. I placed an order over the phone for two large pizzas and three dozen wings. The... guy that took my order said that he could give me a combo deal for $35. I go to pick it up at the Lakewood location and theytold me it was going to be $63 I explained to them what I was told over the phone they don't have combo deals by the guy whotook the order over the phone and he also said that he never said that to me and lied right to my face. I told him I know what Iheard and I know what I was told and he kept arguing with me. I paid for my order took my food home to my family and told himexactly what I thought about him and The Business and that I would never buy from them ever again and I've been tellingeverybody I know about that store and what happened. This is the best pizza I've ever had and the standard to which I hold all other pizza. When I lived in the area, I would buy a... medium pizza from the location that didn't have indoor dining (at the time) and eat the entire thing over the hood of my carlike a hyena. I now live 13 hours away and make it a point to make a pilgrimage to pizza express every time I visit the area. Their pizza and wings are always great. Arguably the best pizza in Jamestown. Typically have to call 10-15 minutes early... before I plan on ordering because their phone will be off the hook at dinner rush because they're too busy. Other than thatinconvenience I've never dealt with a "rude" employee in the 100+ times I've ordered from there in the previous 5-6years. They're a local pizza shop who makes good pizza.
