Manager decided to scream at me! I go to taco bell almost daily I always order chicken tacos avocado ranch they?ve messed it up... multiple times only the lunch shift has a problem getting my order right! Unbelievably rude staff here. Overweight blonde women constantly gets our order wrong when we order the new cantina wraps. We... only ever order the avocado ranch ones but she is the only staff to constantly give me and my husband the chipotle kind. Theorder is never read back and when today my husband stopped there for lunch his order is again wrong and decided to attempt toget it corrected. He went in to have it fixed and it became the largest screaming match ever. We do not attempt to keep the foodnor ask for a refund or want this for free. We simply just would like our order corrected. Yet this woman who somehow looks tobe possibly management was completely rude. I would post a name but apparently she is above everyone and does not seem to thinkshe needs a name tag. I love the food but the Taco Bell in Warren Pa only does quick service with drive thru. If you order inside or do a Mobil order... for pickup inside don't go expecting service to be quick. My usual wait time lately has been between 25-35 minutes to get myfood and it is not because they are really busy inside. Usually there is only 1 or 2 people inside when I arrive. They onlyfocus on the drive thru at this facility. I think from now on I will order in drive thru then park my car and take it inside. Read more

Same order each time (about every other week). Sometimes it's missing an ingredient or folded in a manner that the contents... spill out of the burrito when you try to eat it. My biggest complaint .... the males that are now taking these $15/hour jobsneed to learn some customer service skills. Doesn't take much to say "thank you" or "have a nice day". Taco Bell is not the onlyone guilty of this .... almost every fast food place that used to be mainly female staffed seems to have many more males sincewages increased. Read more
