Dirty lobby and the remodel is terrible. It's monotone, cold, and bland now. They removed the fireplace and comfy chairs. It's... just some cookie cutter uncomfortable fast food lobby now. I highly recommend Panera instead if you plan on going in somewhereto eat. Staff take forever to acknowledge you and fix it when they messed up your order. They charge you for extra cream cheesethen don't give it to you. I paid over $2 for extra cream cheese and didn't get it until I went up to complain. 4/2/2022update: I'm so agitated by the incompetence of the staff that words elude me right now so this will be brief. This location isthe ONLY location the Tim Hortons app "doesn't work" at which is funny because they all pretty much have the same owner. Theyjust don't like giving you the free or discounted offers on the app then argue about it. Drinks and especially bagels are oftenwrong so you have to check your order before driving away. They have no problem charging you for extra things you order andbuy, but 8 times out of 10 you don't get them. Today the girl at the drive through not only had cat hair on her uniform,but shewas slow like she was high and bold face lied to me that there's nothing they can do about the ap not working. Love there coffees and donuts. From coffee to lattes to hot chocolate. The picture below is of one of my favorites vanilla latte... double triple. They also serve donuts and muffins. They have a variety of meal options my favorite being steak and cheddarpanini. Eat in the food is better when doing this. Read more

Stopped in on 6/12/21 to buy a container of coffee to go. I am pretty sure it was the manager who waited on me. He was... extremely rude and was clearly annoyed when I rêferred to the container as a 'caraff of coffee to go' (didn't know what Imeant, I guess, but was very rude) clearly annoyed, he slammed items around while he prepared the order and yelled at otheremployees in front of customers.
