We pull up to the speaker. This insanely excited kid comes on and say Weeeeelllccoomeee to wendys! With such energy. Such... enthusiasm. It made both of us burst out in laughter and smile. Our food was perfect. The drink cold. The nuggets fresh out ofthe fryer. I so recommend this place, not just for the kid. It has now been over a year since the Welcome to Wendy's kid hasworked there. The staff is friendly and has good food still. I have spoken to some about where the young man went to. They tella story of how one day he walked into the freezer to get out some frosty mix. After an hour, the door was open and he wasgone. Details are sketchy. Some say he vanished from inside the freezer. Some say he ran away. Cameras show nothing. But Ifound this obscure tale in a book on the fast food wars of 1983. It tells of how McDonald's , burger King, Wendy's, Taco Belland KFC were in all in a fight for who was best. The fighting was ugly. Dirty. Radio ads. Television ads. People with signs onevery street corner. Amongst all the fighting, there was a voice heard in the distance. Welcome to Wendy's. A sincere voiceamong all the yelling. The voice resonated with all the other companies. It was this uncredited young man who brought this gangwar to an end. He was the symbol of corporation. The angel voice of hope. At the signing of the peace treaty, some pizzacompany sent a hit man to take everyone out. This young man jumped onto the bomb that was set and saved everyone. I just want to say the only reason I come to the Lakewood location is because of Armando. I'm not sure if the spelling is right... please forgive me. But he literally makes my day seeing him and his positive personality. I really wish you had more like him atall locations. Until then I will only continue to come to this location because he's awesome. Give that guy a raise because hedoes customer service right! Literally shook!! Stopped here for lunch today to pick up the guys and I some food for lunch. The ordering in the drive thru... went smoothly and I expected a wait due to ordering over $50 worth of food, but they were super quick, and super friendly!! Allthe orders came out correct and hot! Out of all the fast food locations in Lakewood this is the only place that is always spoton! Keep up the good work, especially the lunch crew from today! Read more
Order was wrong! Chili was not hot. Hot honey chicken was really thin and ever cooked. A small chili is now $3.19. Way over... priced. Not a good dining experience at all. Won't be back!!! Read more
I would just take the extra minutes and go to the one in falconer. They forgot toppings on my sandwich. The bacon is burnt and... so was my baked potato. The cheese looked and tasted gross. There was a hair in my food. None of the food tasted right. Verydisappointed. The worst part is that they weren?t busy. No excuse for it. Read more
