Back when I was attending Lakewood Highschool 2006-2010 this was the premier Chipotle location. Today in 2022 it is the worst... and needs to be shut down. I won't even begin to complain as there are so many glaring problems it's just not even worth typingall out. You were warned, Avoid this Chipotle at ALL COSTS! Read more

They Are Very Rude. Over Charges, The Head Manager Is Very Racist And I don?t usually get racism assaults but he was gross. He... said he was in charge of the entire store. I see why his workers are so rude and careless. Not only did they charge me 3 dollarsmore for the same order I got the day before but they put 3 chicken bowls in one cheap bag, and my bowls fell out on the dirtygarage floor. I called to tell the manager he said he can?t do anything without A receipt. Excuse me if I don?t hold on to fastfood order receipts it?s not like it?s close, you don?t usually have to return anything. Chipotle use to have classy bags nowthey have trashy bags. Please save your receipts it?s not the same friendly classy place it use to be. Now the even charge forevery tortillas even for A chicken bowl. Three stars for the friendly employees and look of the establishment. Iv had a lot of chipolte in this lifetime and something... was off. The rice seemed more sushi like/heavier than usual. I tried the hyped Garlic Guajillo steak, I wouldn?t get it again.Ordering over the counter I knew I had said it wrong and asked for the correct pronunciation. I had butchered the word butlearned a lesson. Leaving me to wonder how many other people say it the wrong way all day without knowing?? Guajillo- I preferthe traditional chopped smaller steak bites rather than the strips. Seasoning was? seasoned. I added some fresh lime at home andit brought the flavors together.
