The food can be good at times and I really like the menu. But the place is often closed at sporadic times during normal business... hours and half of the bagel choices are usually not available. Placed an order on the app Sunday morning, but the store was closed when I went to pick it up despite the order going through... and the app giving me a pickup time. Now I?m told I have to go back in person just to get a refund and there?s no company widecustomer service number to call. Online form says 3-5 business day response time. Eating an Einstein bagel is like eating a disappointing McFlurry. You're like "Oh this looks like it has m&ms yum!" And then you... take a bite and realize there are like 6 on the top layer and the rest is just vanilla ice cream. I have tried most ofEinstein's flavors and am almost always underwhelmed. Cinnoman sugar - asiago, blueberry they are all bland. Even the creamcheese is bland! The only one that measures up to competitors is the sesame - which is a pretty mild flavor to beginwith. Compared to other bagels in the area, Einstein's are expensive for what you are getting. In Cleveland you can get alocally made, artisanal bagel for about the price (~4). I also have found that they are sloppily prepared about half of thetime. I really only go there when all the other breakfast places are too out of the way. Read more

No more caribou coffee but theirs isn't terrible. The bagels are okay. The service isn't very good. The dining room is just for... decoration. You can just get what you came for and get out. Read more
Waiting for son so I decided to eat breakfast at Einstein . From the outside appearance to the inside register, the place is... worn down, floor, counters , needs complete remodeling . Nice location , parking was an inconvenience . The young lady thatserved me on 3/12/21 at 9:27 am was nice willing to help . This place has an excellent location but owners need to overhaul andremodel the place . I had and egg and cheese sandwich with a medium Caribou Blend coffee , the breakfast was ok. Read more
Not very many are still in business in Columbus, Ohio but this one was really good and the bagel sandwiches are terrific
