Wow you guys are slow. Its been 45 minutes since I ordered and I'm still sitting here hungry wondering if its even coming since... it was "out for delivery" 30 minutes ago and I live 5 minutes from the restaurant........ The location in parma is so muchbetter. Always had my food in 10 minutes. Cant wait to eat my soggy sandwich when it gets here if it ever arrives. Read more
Service was Freakishly Fast as usual. Order was served correctly on the first attempt with every detail. Staff was very friendly... and labeled both sandwiches appropriately. I ordered the Italian Nightclub and also a Turkey and Cheese. Both sandwiches wereamazing and the bread was very fresh. I'll return for more in the near future. Read more
Most recent issue, and the last time I call this place. The driver ran in angry, sweating and throwing the bag around. He gave... me an attitude about leaving my tip online which apparently means he can't leave the bag at front-desk. He tried to coerce meinto a cash tip. Not a customer-friendly place. Foods pretty good. They need a fresh start with new management andstaff. Normally ok service. Today it's been over an hour and counting. I called, they were unconcerned. Order has been "out for delivery" for over an hour and still hasn't shown up. I will never order from this location again.
