Everything was fine until the guy who was cooking tonight at 1:10 11/19/22 told me "I ordered a lot of food here". It wasn't... even that huge. Two bags full of food is huge. Blonde hair guy needs to not make customers feel bad for ordering food by sayingI ordered a lot of food! Very disrespectful and I know the workers hate working too much but damn. Wow!!!!!! I ordered 3 breakfasts. Simple enough. They told us to pull forward and they would bring it to us. Yeah i used to... work fast food they do that to keep thier numbers down to look good to corporate! Unfortunately they told people to parkanywhere. They don't know who's orders whos! We waited 25 minutes. My husband went in for a refund. They gave us the wrongreceipt so we wen't returned what we paid. Worst managed mc donalds ever!!!!!!!!! Read more

Customer service is the worst customer service I ever seen. Crew and Management more worried about drive thru than taking care... of customers inside resturant. Customers inside restaurant are just as important as ones going through the drive thru. I stoodin line 2 different days for 5 minutes before I was even acknowledged at front counter. This is absolutely horrible and waybelow McDonald's standards. Self ordering Kiosk are the death of McDonald's and provide zero customer service. Who wants totouch a filthy dirty Kiosk that everyone has touched before me. I worked as a McDonald's crew working my way up to management in1986 to 1990 during high school and early college. This service would have been unacceptable. We would have been written up andeventually fired for this kind of service. Read more
The morning crew is usually really good. There's about two people that are always great with their customer service. It's the... afternoons that usually have the biggest struggles when it comes to professionalism and good customer service. I have never metso many rude people all in one place. Everyone was super incompetent and had a lot of attitude. I had so many dirty looks when iwalked into the building to see why they never brought out my order after telling me to go park in the front of the building.The runner, who makes the order, had the nastiest attitude compared to everyone else. She just kept shooting dirty looks and hada lot of attitude towards me whenever she spoke. This isn't very professional, even though it is McDonald's, I shouldn't expecttoo much. I have ordered from this location on THREE separate occasions. Today was the straw that broke the camels back. Consistently... serving cold and incorrectly prepared food. Missing items. Maybe someone over there should check the sprite line as well,because I?m tired of getting soda water. Simply a poorly operated location.
